..thinglink..

What's thinglink?

Thinglink is a way to attach information or Internet links (including websites, images, videos, twitter feeds, etc.) to any image you like. Those images can then be inserted into a blog or your Class Pages at CANVAS!

Here are a few examples.

How about an image of the most useful links for your program?
Something like this: (Hover to see links...)

Or, do you take class pictures?
Thinglink images can be made open so that students can attach their own links!
(Perhaps a link to a map of their home town?
     Their blog or Facebook page?
          A personal comment?)

Do you have an image that really appeals to you?
Make it do double duty by attaching links for your students!

(Note that the image itself is animated...
Signs blink on and off, smoke rises from chimneys...)

Lastly, here is the Graphic Syllabus that we use with the I-BEST Phlebotomy students. Feel free to click on the links and explore!
Most of the links go to folders at Google Drive. (Some of the documents there are READ ONLY, others are COLLABORATIVE. Some can be DOWNLOADED, others viewed on certain dates or times, still others are TEMPLATES (resume/CV.)
The "Weekly" signs go to the corresponding blog pages.
Week 4's "Lab Procedures" link goes to our YouTube Channel.

When you're ready to give Thinglink a test drive, you'll need to set up an account, but if you have a Google Plus or a Facebook account, you'll be able to log in through that! Go ahead and click the "Already All Ready?" link below!
